Returns
How do I process returns?
Currently, we are unable to process returns for non-damaged items. Due to the nature of our on-demand, custom-produced items, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size or color. This policy is in place because each product is uniquely created just for you after you place your order and cannot be restocked or resold.
We encourage all customers to carefully review all product details and descriptions, including size charts to ensure your purchase is your desired fit. If you have any questions about a size, please contact us at info@e-buygloballlc.com.
In the event that your item arrives damaged or there is a defect in the product or a printing error, please contact info@e-buygloballlc.com to start a return.
